Pre-Campaign Survey / Feasibility Study

A pre-campaign feasibility study is an essential element of any major college / university capital campaign. The purpose of the feasibility study is to provide an internal assessment of your school’s readiness, and an external assessment of the willingness and ability of the school’s constituency to support the campaign should be conducted. When this study is well executed, it can provide focus, momentum & strengthen critical donor relationships for the entire campaign.

Annual Giving

Our annual giving campaigns are designed to raise the standard of giving for the ongoing needs of the school. We will cultivate and challenge your alumni, student body, families, faculty & community to consider increasing their annual giving. This can be a stand-alone program or be in conjunction with a capital campaign.

Strategic Planning

Many funding sources are now requiring strategic plans before consideration for support. Major colleges & universities are using this approach to ensure that requests they support align with their philosophies and strategic initiatives. A well-crafted strategic plan can be used as a management tool and a leadership tool, providing a common focus for the organization and its external constituents.
